The silver one with the spring is the idle screw, and the copper one is for the mixture - If I'm not mistaken. I have the same one on my NRG.

My NRG has done an indicated 70mph (the speedo isn't very accurate) and it's a 50.. Everything else apart from the top end has been changed...
You should be able to just buy the bit that goes by the wheel (can't remember the name) that would make things much easier.
