Well basically i got that problem sorted and now it pulls very well but bogs at high speed now lol i cant understand why

The pipe was already on the bike when i bought it however it was taken off for a new back tyre, could that be the problem

It always did flow out of the pipe even before i had problems altho always smelt of fuel
Even without trying to start the bike if i put fuel pipe on it fills carb and flows out
Why has it done it tho i haven't touched the tap? Float seems fine
