    The needle clip is now right at the top, will drop to the 3rd notch maybe 4th, cheers

    Basically my aerox is backfiring and popping, will idle beautifully, any throttle and it backfires and spits spec athena hpr 70 Stage6 pro race...

    How would I get maximum performance with the set up I have

    Like stevep said, get a 21mm carb, you could possibly get a 24mm carb but be prepared to lose fuel consumption, OR learn to wheelie.
