    hey,

After making a big mistake and buying a brand new aerox from yamaha ive had it for 2 years and then eventually got bored of the power and always loved the yamaha aerox looks, wanted to be different so i thought i would do a project as i wont need to use the bike because i have a car.

This is how it was when i bought it.

Was so happy the day i bought a sports exhaust for my bike couldnt stop smiling lmao.

Sam's 2for2 chicken burger and chips:p (Mehmets) old bike next to mine btw.

My mate crashed his bike and was up for sale so i thought this might be the right time or me to do a conversion if not ill just keep the engine. anyway picked it all up for $150

After the bike sitting in my garage for about 2 months i decided i have to start the project at one point so i stripped the aeox to frame.

I used the 50 egine mounts of the Skp as its smaller and will be better for the aerox frame. then i welded the mounts on to the frame with the help of my grandad.

Engine was sat in a perfect angle. and mounts were rock solid. we did better welds then yamaha did on the frame lmao.

Then i fitted the runner radiator fan on the aerox radiator.

Then i bought doppler stem and renthals.

    Then i bought koso clocks.

I then painted the tranny case and exhaust shield.

After fixing all electrics and making all ligths and electsrics works i mounted couple of switches on he bike 1 for the fan, 1 for kill switch, and 1 for lights, i had trouble doing the indcators so i left it as you dont need indicators on bikes if your using your hands.

Then i put the panels on to see what it looked like

this is hw the bike currently is now to get it all 100% road legal i have to re register the bike as a 125 and i will have to buy a nother 125 engine and once i reregister i can sell it back. Doing that on a 57 plate after going to dvla got told id be payin more tax fee then others due to it being 57 plate, bad news is that i will have to re take it to MOT test. :( i hope it will pass lol

finally bought a pm 59 and exhaust fucking fucked up on me on first fuckin day

then got it repaired and sprayed it looks 100% fresh.

the bars look alot wider than they are. they are a comfortable length actually. as for the pm59 and engine bushes. only time will tell...im sure alperin will be able to do some sort of chopping and changing/ re welding to sort out a nice silent block and engine bushes.

its not a bad bike in person, it does need abit of a cosmetic makeover, but it runs nice and is road worthy in my opinion.

thats what happens when you put a big thumping engine in a 50 frame with no engine mounts :w00t:

get the tranny case powercoated, the blue seems so dull and a bit yukky :pimp:
