    Well hello there fellow Tuners.

Ofcourse i don't want to keep my project for myself and show it.

    History:
A littlebit of my history how it all started for me.
At my 16th birthday i knew already that i will drive a scooter.
A few weeks later i got my license for it, and soon after that i got a Speedfight 2 206 WRC from my dad, it was his old one and nobody fucked it up ( yet )

It started all with this, want to go that littlebit faster and be faster than your friends or other kids ridin the streets.
Made a lot of adjustments and finally it was done, Got it to my goal and was one of the fastest riders on the streets here.

Unfortunately the cops start noticing it to and it didnt took long or they knew who i was.
Since the frist time they start riding true my street if they could make me and my friends something when they where here working on their scooters of just having fun it was over to drive it on the street, couse i didn't wanted to get caught.

I bought another frame and builded a new one.

Unfortuanlly i got sick at my age of 17 years old.
and then it went really bad when i was 18 i thought i could never drive it on the 150Meter drag.
And on the streets driving wasn't safe, couse it would take long for the officer to catch me, so i sold it.
Now after a few years i bought it back, orr at least the frame and body, frame is already gone and i will use the body to rebuild another one, engine is gone to but i know the guy who bought the engine, and i can buy it back ( a part of it whats just left )

    But thats another project.
    Now the MBK rocket.

When i sold my old speedfight the guy would Exchange his MBK Rockets ( 2 of them ) for my speedfight.

Buttt i could resist tuning them up, so i bought a aerox from a girl i knew nice and cheap.
To ride it on the streets again, and i did.
First with a Hebo manston 2 cilinder and full sprint setup, later a mhr speed 7T XSH tuned.
7T speed went later under the rocket project and got back the top performance due plus engine under the rocket, unfortunally it was quite fast, went with it out my village for work couse my daily was broken.
andddd like i said, it would take long for the officers to get me.
    Soo they did.
lost the license plate papers, they took it, and i have to go to the RDW to get my licens plate papiuers back.
Did on the cop "dynojet" 98km/h and the cop released the gas throttle becouse their "dyno" was making unhealty noises. ( a fuckedup thing what doesn't even show the real speed, sometimes its below the real speed, sometimes over..... )
Got a ticket for a to high construction speed and it costed something like 220 euro.

Here some pics of my Yamaha Aerox:

Thats a littlebit of my history true the years.
    Now back to my project.

The speedfight 2 got exchanged to 2 mbk rockets.
One with license plate and thats a streetlegal one now what my mom i gonna use.
And one without a license plate.
First i put it in the storage but when i got better and better after 4 years i started to tickle to build something fast again.

First plan was to use the orginal engine and rebuild it complete.
fitting an minarelli horizontal LC cilinder and replace the air/fuel intake on a another place on the engine.

But knew that would not be enough.
So the new plan was born to use a minarelli horizontal engine.

I bough another yamaha aerox frame as donor.
    then started grinding that apart.
so i could use the engine suspension.
placed a subframe and welded it to the rocket frame after align.
Here a pic of adjusting the hight it should be in the first moment.

Unfortinally i don't have pics from the welding proces.
But here a pic how it looked later.

Didn't liked the wheels/rims and wend looking for aerox wheels.
    This is how that looked:

Then fitting the radiator for the cooling:

    Doing some custom work:

Then i didn't worked a while on the project, Winterstop and could test anything with those slippery roads.
But i bought a while ago a new engine sponsored by my best friend.
A SD 2fast4race 80cc cilinder with engine en malossi 13/44 Gearing.

Then overhauled the engine with new bearings and gaskets and a new piston, a Metrakit Prorace piston was advised by a dutch tuner on the old owner of the engine.

    Building it up:

It did run just once on the paddock stand till the day of today.
Its a singeledisk engine, the problem is i need doubledisk, and there isn't the part where u bolt the brake calpiler on.
My best friend is a Cad designer for CNC tooling.
He's makin a adapter for a stage6 R/T or radiacal calpiler for some massive breakpower.
Than means that i'm not only have a big brake calpiler on the frontside of even on the back.

One of the calpilers is already here, the otherone is ordered and will be delivered one of those days.

In the meanwhile i did worked on the body already.
and got this so far but there is still a longg way to go, becouse i want to place the air intake to the side of the body on the rear.

    For now:

thankyou, the speedfight on the first pic is back, for a part.
Body is in bad condition, so i have to fix it all and repaint it sadly enough, but its time to make it even more evil :p

But there is still a lottt of work to do, and sadly enough not enough money xD or time :p

The engine isn't gonne be as fast as before i think, or maybe, replacing the intakepart to somewhere else on the engine and weld a new one with a bigger reedvalve from a 2stroke 125cc crossmotor.

but first making the rocket and aerox done.
its hard to split the money everytime for parts and tuning stuff :p

thankyou boys, @ jonny, it isn't nitrous, its a bottle from compressed co2 air ( to make your own carbonic acid drink? )
i use it as the gastank, becouse i had te remove the old one for the new air intake.

Maybe there is still comming nitrous, but i complete it now like i want it, and maybe if i don't have enough hp's i buy nitrous.

But the problem is, adjusting nitrous is something what isn't easy to do.
most guys who ride with nitrous destroy their cilinders becouse they don't have enough fuel.
u know how the package works?

yepp, but i like it to do it all myself, and i don't have my own dyno sadly enough :(

and i don't want to race cups/drags with it, only opencups just for fun.
so i hope i don't need to change pistons all the time :p
this one is more for show.

I still have my 7T speed here, wich even did 24HP at the previous owner.

And even have a Polini evo 1 and a Hebo manston 2 here, witch even show some nice performance.
de pic of the dyno was with the manston 2 with a more street setup, it should do over 20hp with the right parts.

Still have a lot of parts ^^ if ur intressted i make some pictures to show u guys my collection, but i warn u, probebly some of u guys will have wet dreams after seeying them :p

    And your pic.
I see a stage6 MKII cilinder, a pro? or racing?
    And a city16 i guess?
whats the speclist of it? and already put it on a dyno?

i've had both cylinders, and run them both on a carrera c16, now on a stage 6 pipe, yet to be on dyno as it's not ready yet, (dropped circlip destroying last clylinder :( )

Maybe some good advice, on the pic i see standard egnition.
Try to find a MVT Premium. Trust me, worth all the money!

fuckedup from the cilinders.. happens sadly enough so now and often.
so far so good it didn't happen a lot to me.
and hope to keep it that way.

what clips do u use? ( to secure the pistonpen, sorry don't know the right names for it )

kept standard ignition, purely due to lighting (mine's 100% road usable), and it's circlip, and the stage 6 ones....

hmm, i use the polini circlips always, with the 2 hooks.

And thats why i recomend u the mvt premium.
still have lights on your scooter.
Good light, just on ur standard wiring. and easy to place.
check it out, search for it on the web, with that setup, its a nice extra to boost ur engine.

well got some good news, but also some bad news :(
    i ordered 2 stage6 R/T brake capillers.
in the beginning of this week the 2nd capiller got delivered.

That means the rocket is able to drive and brake.

    And i bought stage6 frontforks.
Well looks like good news, sadly enough its bad news, now almost after one week i still got nothing, and everything looks like someone ripped me off.

I can almost cry a river.....

The last thing to got to start completing the machine.
The rest is all welding, painting and customizing the body and put the mean machine on the dyno to show some HP's

Still hoping to get my frontforks.

If not, i'll try to find out where he lives and get the forks myself or get my money back....
And maybe i'll order brand new ones when its payday.
