    yo peeps ive almost finished my Zip VXR conversion & thought id share

    zip frame
    gilera ice forks
    runner wheels & speedo drive
    standard vxr exhaust
    runner handle bars and clocks
    LED Headlight conversion
    vepsa lx side stand (less lean than zip stand)
    vx radiator and fan
    vxr front caliper and disc
    runner vxr 200 engine:
    irridium spark plug
    malossi belt
    malossi variator 2000
    malossi rollers 15.5g (i think)
    malossi oil filter
    polini clutch
    vx 125 loom & CDI

    modify and fit front mudgaurd
    finish off cooling system (i have one small coolent pipe coming off the head that has nowere to go?) and a few little bits here and there
    UP-jet as its running LEAN!



    leme know what you think and before people go telling me i shouldve gone 2 stroke... been there done that wanted something new!

    really good project that mate, can definitely say thats the first zip 200 ive seen, bet it lifts off the torque! get some videos up when its running ;)

    Thanks! ive only had it out once for a quick go and its very fast!:) and the carb wasnt even set up properly (slightly boggy on top end) but even with 2 man up u dont feel any power diffrence in take off as for the rumor about big wheels ruining handling i didnt notice, i thought it handled a bit better coz of the ground clearence (ive came off a few times on peds thinking im on my old dt125 trying to go knee down round corners and grounding it lool) when its all running properly ill get up some vids!

    BTW does anyone know or have a picture of the cooling system layout for a runner vxr?
    also im looking for a headlight relay cant find one anywere and paying over the odds from a dealer is my last option, so would be appreciated vx or vxr should be the same.

    oh yh and i have a 210cc kit laying about :p
