I do like it, but i want something different

    Update 3 18/06/09

Recieved front suspension today (thanks 'stig') :yahoo:

Fitted it along with front wheel, and now it rolls :yahoo:

Thats all ive done today really, trial fitted rear panels to get ideas of things i could do, was thinking of speakers behind the rear panels :confused:cratch:

Think i am going to repair the zip front, but build in an aerox front light and try to keep the zip indicators.

    Neaded

    Radiator
    Fiberglass/Filler
    'Downhill' style handlebars
    Paint
    Carb & intake manafold
    Throtle cable
    Front caliper
new rear brake cable & pads

Proberly loads more, but cant think ATM

    Pics :yahoo:

Giving me ideas for my zip! Do the single sided front forks handle better than the doubles?

all the lads who race em seem to go for the single sided regardless of the bike eg old style or new so im geusin they handle better .to be fair though the 50 cat has kack forks lol so the single sided is probs a no brainer especialy wen they put the malossi springs on ect
nice project m8 keep it up

the 100/125 forks are alot better than the 50 versions.. the 50 front forks are SO simple (hence they work for years an years an years) but the fronts all a bit slooppy an bouncy... single all the way
