Just have a good look around for all the screws, theres one or 2 under the seat, I think the engine cover has to come off too (that cover you remove to access the spark plug)

    rear panel.
three screws on the sparkplug access panel -> then 4 on the underseat inner panel 2 at the sides 2 under the seat each side - > then remove rear spoiler 4 screws -> two screws each side on the rear mudguard -> then two each side connecting footpanel to sides. two screws connecting seat bucket to side panel -> lift off, bearing im mind indicators are still connected.

to get front panel off youll need to take off the front wheel and mudguard ;)

actually to get the front panel off, you'll have to drop the whole front end out.

The single sided arm stops the front mudder coming off.
You'll have to split the brake system somewhere and re-bleed when assembled. The bars have to come off but the clocks can be laid forward if you're careful.

Once you've done it a couple of times its a 30 min job to strip/rebuild and then rebleed the brake.
Just make sure the head bearings are set right. Usually its tightened until firm and back off about an eigth, making sure theres no play or tight spots. Make sure they're seated right top & bottom

or cut a slit down he middle of the pannel between the mounting holes on the back (behind the wheel basicly) wont ever see it and its a verry common mod. means you can get the pan off wihtout having to mess about.

ue im the same m8, build it right an all that.. but it is ALOT of effort to just whip the front off if you ever needed to. most things are easily done by removing the inner pannels on these tho.

its not ideal, but its a solution for somone who takes the pan off more than once.
