well apart from swapping over the wires for the headlight (its on main beam all the time so wires need swapping around) and getting it MOTd it done. It'll pass MOT no prob as its been gone through, rebuilt and checked. Front tyre tread is a bit worn but theres still lift left and visible tread

The pit bike didnt last too long once it was sorted, new chain, rear brake master cylinder, new pads all around and many bolts replaced/drilled out/retapped where gorillas had been there before and exhaust end can end plate replaced (made a new one in the lathe)...

Gave the pit bike and £70 for this...all start again...needs barrel off as its blowing water into the barrel, new pads front and rear, seat cover, new bearings to rear suspension, rear sprocket and rear tyre, plastics welding on RHS side panel. Its only been home a day and its now a pile of bits scattered from one end of the garage to the other. Waiting for pads and gasket set to arrive. Started painting frame, swing arm, wheels, retapped all broken bolts and removed the sheared ones (x4) holding on the front and rear discs
