zip 70 kit problems, electric noise :S

Hey iv just fitted a 70 kit to my bike, it all went swell and worked fine for about 10 mile, then it started to make an electric, sparking noise when going up hills then one day bogged out, i am very stumped by what this could be as there seams to be compressiton please could you get back to me with some info THANKS

have you checked if theres still a spark, an make sure theres no loose wires knocking about
