pissed it down last night, air filter got soaked, took it off rode open carb for about 5 seconds and it just cut out, its all dried out now and still wont start, any suggestions??
carb is probably full of fuel... loosen the jubilee clip, spin the carb over (so the cable points down) the fuel/water will drain off... put the carb back upright, tighten the jubilee... will need a GOOD few kicks to refill with fuel (alternativly pull the vac pipe off, suck it for a few seconds and the carb will refill) then it should start, if not then its an electrical issue, or all the water your engine ingested has cooked the barrel.
lol i sorted the problem, but then i went out and my carb spit out at about 45 mph and my petrol tube split on the tire looooool
