Hi all im having a few fueling issues with my zip 180, im using the 180 pump along with the original zip vacuum tap, basically it keeps flooding my carb and coming out of the overflow, can anybody shed any light? Thanks glen

Vacuum tap wouldn't cause that issue, the float needle is what stops the fuel flooding the carb, even with no vac tap fitted, the float should cut off the fuel once the bowl is full.

Check the float height in the carb and make sure that the floats close the needle valve before they reach the limit of their travel. Bend the tab slightly as needed to ensure that the needle valve closes and Robert will be your father's brother.
