basically was just riding back from a mates house, and it started getting slower and slower. until eventually it cut out, and wont start, its loset absolutely all compression, can push the kick start down with your little finger. first thought was spark plug come loose. or fallen out but no luck, the engine was hot as fuck. any ideas what else it could be? is makes a pssss sound when you kick the kick start and thats it. im thinking crank seals mabye? any help apreciated.
check the reeds first.. if not seals are dead.. probably had an airleek hence it got hot an cooked the seals.. that was a good deal ay
stripped top end thismonring and i think ive found the cause of my problems. basically the compression wall on the cylinderhead has just blown a hole in itself. and in the exact same place on the packagaging plate on the head. do you recon i will get away with just a new head + gaskets +packaging plate? pics:

cheers for the offer j but ive got through to gary and im going to pick it up today, and lee said he might have the packing gasket so if all goes to plan it will be done today need to overhaul the coolant system though, its running on what i think is a 50cc coolant tank, and im not to sure on the radiator, loads of kinks in the coolant pipes etc and wasnt a drop of water in the head. think ive sourced the problem of the heat seize ya recon? LOL
