zip 172 project so far

hi guys been awhile had a hectic year broke my laptop so have been unable to update post and add piks of all my purchases for my zip getting my 172 kit end of week can't wait to fit it so far ive fitted .

kx125 modified inlet manifold
technigas exhaust
malossi digital cdi
malossi reeds
malossi full circle crankshaft
ntn heavy duty bearings
malossi variator
malossi belt
malossi clutch
malossi torque driver + torque spring
lightend clutch bell
malossi 180 primary and secondry gearbix
gilera 180 stator plate

 

hey what mount did you use to mount the engine? Did you have to cut it or grind it?

 

Been awhile guys and girls zips changed abit differant engine now 183cc and few other goodies along way off finished though need to fit my vx forks still get a tsab ,malossi rear shock , and set of sp panels it wont be far off then lol

 

Ground it but going on a custom 125 mount in next few month
