zip 125

    No. If you are talking about the standard zip 125 which is a 4 stroke.

    Very slow and hardly any gains when tuned.

    depends, if it's 4 stroke its not gonna be too hot. flat as a fart infact.

    what short of speeds am i looking for and will it keep up with a runner vx

    i dont see why not, vx's are 4 strokes aswell ;)

    on holiday i went on a skipper 125 which is basically the same engine a air cooled 4 stroke unit

    there not that quick and its like 7-8 seconds to 30mph.

    dunno about top speed i always run out of road. id expect 65mph

    and no they wouldnt keep up top speed, acceleration im not sure about

    zip is a 2v ac and the vx is a 4v wc.. its the difference between a sierra 2l and a cossie in laimens terms. nothng stopping you putting a rad in with a vx engine in wich case it will be even faster than the vx due to the incredible weight difference.

    what parts can u actualy get for them i have only found clutch variator and belt dont they even do exhausts?

    most people dont even bother about tuning parts

    i thought my 200 was a 2v at first but now i found out its a 4 v

    (tells you on the side of the bike) :( :rofl: lol

    Zip 125 is slower than the VX125 by about 10+. A decent scoot to get about on but not if you need the speed.
