Right, i fitted my new YSN 17.5 mm carb today, onto my aerox from donotlink pedstop right, first the bike would race, cos the the throttle cable was stuck Right thats not the problem, that one is fixed when i went to drive my ped home, i gave the bike full throttle , worked for a like a metre or 2, and then start bogging Description from donotlink Characteristics Manifold Union : 24mm Filter Union : 35mm Main Jet : Dellorto 6mm type - size 90 Pilot Jet : Kehin type - size 34 Manual Choke : Standard Oil connection : Standard autolube Vacuum connection : Standard Fuel connection : Standard Water/ Heater pipes : Standard for LC models, disregard on AC models Right, the main Jet hasnt been touched, the pilot jet was swapped for a 36 from my 12mm standard carb, and it ran well, but with the 36, it still runs poor Any help please, and can someone point me in the direction of where i can find a Kehin Pilot Jet Thanks Joe donotlink peddy : http://www.donotlink-pedstop.co.uk/p/175MM-SPORTS-CARBURETTOR-FOR-M-2563.aspx
just sounds like a classic case of the carb needs setting up as for the pilot jets, donotlink sold you the carb...would be a bit lame if they didnt stock the jets for it :glare:
Capri Dave , how do i set it up ? im more of a moped noob, and dont know much about setting them up :banghead: Cheers for the advice.
