it goes through the cases and connects on to a sort of hinge thing

there will be an adjuster on the outside of the case take the wire through there and it will hook around a gold pulley thing simple and just adjust to ur needs

egay or you could just loose that cable and run a premix setup

    Yeah pre-mix ftw.
When I re-build my runner 50 engine im going to ditch the oil pump and run pre-mix, then you can mix your fuel to your engines needs. Instead of adjusting the oil pump.

It may be more hassle than its worth tho if you plan to use the bike everyday.

i run pre mix on my runner 70...

i carry a little container under my seat, which contains exactly 150ml of 2T oil...

Then when i need fuel, i put the oil in 1st and stick exactly 5 litres of fuel in.

    which is 33:1 ;)

yup, i've run premix on loads of bikes, its as easy as dave says, or if your'e really lazy you can buy 100ml sachets of 2t chainsaw oil and add 2 to 7 1/2 litres of fuel (or 1 to 5l if you wanna run 50:1 which is quite safe really).
