hi,just bought a yasuni z for a minarelli horizontal engine (yamaha jog rr).
before anyone says , yes i have ordered the correct pipe for my bike.
the problem is it wont make a seal from the pipe to the manifold and so its making a very loud, sharp cracking sound.
i know that it is making this sound because there isa gap somewhere, but ive tries and tried again and it wont make a seal :( !!
there is a seal that came with it which i am using, yet no seal !!!
please help, could it be down a crooked manifold?!?
    i dont know
    alex..

errm you could use some exhaust gunk / sealant stuff i suppose or ensure the bolts are tightened up correctly. ??? seriously strange lol

yeah my mate said try instant gasket, but thats the last resort..
the the bolts go up all the way, apparently my manifold is slighty off, and so the pipe throat doesnt match the bracket :/
will sort it out somehow, was just checking to see if there was a technique or if this had happened to anyone else.
    cheers

Any chance of some pictures of the exhaust? Yasunis are normally made to a very high quality.
