hi guys, so i got a piaggio zip 50cc AC. atm its running a yasuni carrera 30 pipe, malossi multivar, stage6 variator front face, malossi delta clutch, malossi drive belt, artek k1 carbon reedblock, polini 360° intake with spacer and a 30mm PWK flatslide. gonna be running it with a malossi mhr rep 70cc, what you reckon its gonna be like???
hoping the 30mm carb will bring revs high enough to give me a taste of the c30 pipe

reckon revs may reach 12/13k mark? as thats where the powerband is roughly on the c30

Mhr replica 70 is not designed to go 10k+, it's a twin ring kit. A powerful twin ring kit but still not a race kit.

Why are you using a c30? That must barely make any power with a 50 kit..

makes 0 power with 50 kit. plan is, if it doesnt rev high enough to make a decent amount of power then ill get it ported to rev higher and would do piston/rings swap monthly if needed

C30 is too much pipe for an MHR rep, you want a C16 (or equivalent) ideally... 30mm carb is also ridiculously large for an MHR rep.

also you dont mention anything about an uprated crank, and at least quality C4 bearings, im assuming you just forgot to mention it... as only a fool would try and rev a std crank to 11,000rpm+

Tuning is all about matching components to work in harmony with each other, theres plenty of guides and advise out there.

Stage 6 Racing mk2 would be much better for a C30
