Yamaha yq 100 aircooled.. Need help finding a part

Hi i have been looking everywhere for this part bought one off ebay got messed around got a full refund now i am back at square one

I need the plastic part that attatches to the fan cover .. It goes over the head of the scooter to keep it cool last owner rode it without and fried rings i am unsure of the name of the part so finding it pretty hard to source

 

just had a quick look around for ya, and the best bet would probably be ebay

 

Neos 100 and Benelli K2 100 parts are identical if that helps.
