Hello and greetings from norway. Didnt get any decent help from any norwegian forums, so i might try my luck here. I have a 08 yamaha neos 2stroke that i have swapped cylinder on, and installed a sports exhaust on it. Been jetting like a madman on the carb from 60 to 75 both with and without a airfilter. It starts easily and idles fine, and runs decent up to 30 km/h, but after that is lacks torque to get me up to 60 km/h + like it did before the swap. The cylinder kit is a airsal t6 tech 50, that has a original bore, and the exhaust is a leovince handmade tt, that i have removed the "limiter" (?) on.. Have also swapped the rollers from the original, to some 4.3grams, and that helps some, but the rpms gets alot higher. On original rollers and half/half its just realy shitty to drive. Anyone have any suggestions? Also.. There is a tube comming from under the tank/seat that went i to the exhaust originaly, and now on the New exhaust it have no place to go, just hangs loose. Might that be a issue? Dont wanna tune it too much for the rules we have here in norway. Hope to get some help in here, since i havent been riding mopeds for many many years.
Velkommen fra Stord. Eg trør du må vel bytte ut 12mm forgassar til ca15mm men den skal vel gå bedre en det. Dyse er bare på fullgass. Kan være lurt å justere nål
Skal vel ikke være nødvendig. Har jo sånn sett bare fått på effektanlegg på nesten original sylinder. Å finnes dysekit fra 75 å opp som passer den originale forgasseren. Men 75 er den største jeg har testa til nå.
Prøv med en større. Det er best å start stør og bytte de ut til mindre ellers kan du varmeskært sylinderen. Men ka var inni nå den var plombert?
Nei eg mente dyse. Er de 72 standard? Husker ikkje nå.. Du treng ca 10% større dyse en standard med trim potta
Ahh.. My bad Nei, satt i ei 60 dysa.. E oppe i 72 nu m lætte vekte, vario reng av, uplombert potta og luftfilter boks utn selve filtre.. Men pluggen e langt ifra stratos brun. Meir grå ish..
