Hi guys so recently i have bought a Yamaha neos 2004 completely stock with a original mileage of only 950 miles there is nothing wrong with the bike its my second neos and this one is like a snail due to no upgrades XD today my tool came to take the washer out got it doing 40mph flat out on a flat road. I am soon looking to buy a stage6 pro rep exhaust but after the exhaust i dont really know what else to buy to make it go faster im thinking of also getting 4g rollers to go with the exhaust, but i cant be bothered with another 70cc because you have to run it in and you also need to change a lot of other parts like the carb to make the 70 run right so id rather just to stick to the 50 but i want to get the most out of it XD also id prefer to stay to premix as its a lot easier but my question is what upgrades to get to make it go faster as there is a lot of different options but im not too sure what makes the biggest difference after the exhaust i was thinking of a malossi multivar variator but does a variator acctaully make a big difference? also what does a racing clutch spring and clutch change in terms of acceleration as my main goal is to somehow make it wheelie but i know im asking a bit too much without putting a 70 in it XD

got this pic for inspiration 12596821_1024361970961020_629421548_o.jpg

You want speed, and you want it to wheelie without doing any tuning mods?
Stop being a tight arse and put the Athena Pro 70 kit on it.
Forget the Stage6 pro rep pipe, it's a bitch to set-up properly. Keep that pipe that's already on it until it falls off.
Any sports variator will only change the angle of the faces of the plates.
    4.5/5 gram rollers is enough.
Medium strength clutch springs, and a dellorto 17.5 carb with a short DOUBLE FOAM ROAD/RACE AIR FILTER.
    Jet the carb properly.

The money you save on not buying the pro rep will pay for the 70 kit. Run it in PROPERLY.

Stevep i dont mind doing any mods but a 70cc XD and i need to get a different exhaust as the one i have now is the original and it sucks XD and i wanted a pro rep because from what i read their the best for the price their only about £100 and aparently they add nearly as much power as a yasuni C30 XD but since you said its a bitch to set up i might go for a different one XD what do you recommend for about £100 XD bit tight on money at the moment will get most of my mods once i sell my nrg XD and i dont really fancy a 70cc as riding 600 miles at the speed of 30mph wont be possible as i cant stop overtaking XD so after about a week id sieze it but acctually thinking about it now i might acctually go for a 70 XD really confused about what i want to do X(

I have a customers 2004 neos in the garage at the moment that he has crashed. Well he didn't, some dopey split-arse came straight across the island and wiped him up. The bike is totalled but the engine is fine. And it's bloody quick. Just had a new crank, bearings and seals, variator, belt, all the gaskets etc etc. It's got the Athena Pro 70 kit on it with a 17.5mm dellorto and an open filter. And a Technigas Trek pipe.
Would you like me to ask him if he wants to sell it to you?
