well it has turned out to have a fair few problems
i have the day of so i would fill in the gaps ;)
firstly the engine it ran like crap it was knocking the head gasket had completly failed
i started by checling if the head was tight and found a stud to be striped so i helicoil it to a m7 stud (m6 stock) for strength and m7 was all i had but to do the helicoil i had to take of the head and cylender reveling a nasty 70cc bore on the stock cylender but also the 50cc head GOPR0006.JPG

this was where the knocking was coming from as the piston was hittting the head on the right you can see its shiny the piston also show impact damage and as for the head gasket there wasent one just some insta gasket
then moveing on the the base same kinda story GOPR0004.JPG
parts of it were missing and parts were inside the crank case also the inlet had no gaskit at all so im sure it had some major air leeks the piston was also pretty fooked GOPR0003.JPG
so went on ped parts and orded a new 70cc top end allong with a new exhaust :)
because this is going to be bashed on pretty hard i didn't want to get a too expensive exhaust so the trusty cheep leovince tt will do GOPR0001.JPG painted with heatproof blackkk to stop rust
the old one i dont know what was going on possibly the baffles were removed but that whole weld leaked GOPR0003.JPG
got some goodys for the exhaust GOPR0001.JPG
well the jets anyway... i dident take any of the rebuild but heres it done GOPR0004.JPG
just waiting for a head gasket then i will fire it up :D you can see the new stud as well just fits GOPR0005.JPG so with the engine sorted i would start on the transmission there was a rattle from the varator and the electric start wouldn't engage this is why GOPR0010.JPG
theres only the motor and starter clutch left so im going to have to keep it a kick starter but i dont mind but the missing parts ment the varator could not be tighted some washers can fix that it also had a pants peogot belt in it another bodge there was also oil comeing from behind the clutch the gear gasket had also gone but theres a large amount a wear on the cover GOPR0009.JPG can anone tell me what i should do about this as theres so much play on the midle gear

just to update i used this ped and done the cornish coast to coast enduro on this very bike 120 miles off road and it made it bar sezeing 6 times and running so hot it was glowing :L but that event killed the engine and im half way into rebuilding it now with 70cc crank uprtated bearings and seals and 70cc top end with a larger carb to hopefully keep temps down
