Question is...how much can you drop the head by while using pump gass? In other words, what is the best squish gap-for a daily ride. Prob a noob question...but help me out,
    cheers, Dyl :D

depends entirely on your cylinder.. if its a stock cyl dont even worry about it.. they run at anything and NO gains are to be had from dropping it. just stick with the stock gasget.. only the high end kits require perfect squish setting.

oh and befor you ak theres feck all point dropping the squish and running higher octain fuel. does fuck all but cost you more

    Ok decent..love the honesty!

I need a new crank, where can I get a 100cc capable of a fair amount?

dont bother. get a stock replacment pattern part.. only cheap, sell it and buy a 50. sounds backwards but 100 engines are plain wank.

50cc are lank scarce in my town...seen one or two in 2 years. Maybe a stock crank is the way to go for now... Could you explain full circle crank as apposed to normal cranks please? nobody seems to give me a str8 answer.
    Thanks,
    dyl

Full circle gives more compression and can take alot more stress I do believe?

once again though...not worth it unless it's a hectic tuned cylinder?

full circle crank means the crank web (big round bit) us a full circle all the way through.. anything else has cutaways in the webs ether side of the big end bearing, usually called a pork chop crank.

the main reason is balancing.. the weight of the piston is counterd by the crank having excess weight on one side giving a steady running engine.. a full circle is usually heavier yet perfectly balanced so the pistons weight is utalised rather than compensated for..

so ye in short full circle means between the webs there is a full circle of metal..

higher primary compression and more balanced running meaning it can hit higher rpm's safely.. smooth and strong.

Wolffy, minor confusion, Thanks for clearing that up for me...doesn't seem worth it to me on a mild tuned cylinder.
