hi guys i have a aerox 70 which as just had a new crankshaft fitted along with a new piston. i have a 24mm pwk carb aswell. as i have put everything back together, it just wont start! i have checked if petrol is getting through and yes it is. it sounds like it wants to start but just dosent. any ideas on whats wrong?
Start with the basics. Fuel, Spark, Good Battery or kick start, Then go to when the crank got fitted did it have the seals inserted correctly ? And although u changed the piston, did you change the cylinder aswell as that is HIGHLY advised
Also turn the idle screw a little up and just to let u know when i changed my engine it was a fucker to start, i cleaned the carb out, gave it alot of kicks on the kickstart and eventually fired up. Smoke abit but as usual
