Hello guys I am new to the forum and I was just wondering if you could give me any pointers to what is up with my 1998 Yamaha Aerox. Well I have put a Geanelli Next exhaust on it and noticed quite a big power increase and I also changed the rollers whilst putting the exhaust on. The rollers that I am using now are 3.5 G ones. After riding it for 2-3 days it started to bog really bad until it hits about 5000 Rpm and it will just all of a sudden take off off.. but I can jump on it in the morning and it will be alright until I have been riding it for around 2-3 minutes then it will start to bog. It's dangerous to ride to a point.Anyone have any idea what it could be :(

Just another quick question .. too fit the Stage 6 oversized variator would I need to remove the electric start ?

    Thanks Tom

the aerox is actually a mbk nitro, so is infact french.. the main problem with your bike LOL

    seriously tho....

sounds like the clutch is on its way out... or maybe choke is helping it out a little... no idea on the variator, dont touch these. check the clutch condition/springs.. check the choke (unplug it... see if it works the same as befor or you notice something different)

if its not this theres a few other things, but try these out first
