I have a quick question i have a Yamaha Aerox 50cc which has a Polini Corsa Aluminium 70's kit installed and has been run in properly also i have Stage6 Exhaust everything else is standard. I have been clocked in a car doing 58-59mph i've been reading the forums and i heard the gearing runs out at 59mph so i was wondering if i should get a primary and secondary gear up kit so i can increase my speed.

if you got the money and want abit more speed then go for it but i would highly recommend investing in a new variator as the stock onces are a pile of crap and weight more than an elephant! the stage6pro variator is good and also purchase a new clutch if you aint

it's totally upto you mate but thats what i would do i notice a big difference though when i got a aftermarket variator and being you already have a 70 kit it will be an improvement on acceleration i expect.

but it's your bike and your choice what you get for it but the stock variator are horrible mate

Gearing does not run out at 59mph. When the variator is fully open the gearing becomes fixed, the maximum speed is then limited by the engine revs. Put simply the higher your engine can rev the faster you can go.
The Corsa kit has a limited powerband and benefits from a gear up kit to keep it in the powerband at a higher road speed.

So i should get a gear-up kit before getting a different variator ? i was thinking about getting a 21mm carb and air filter any recommends as i'm new to tuning

Variator first, then gear up & carb though a 17.5 or 19 is probably better suited.
