yamaha aerox 50cc noise

I have I noise coming from my aerox its a rattle only doing it when at idle exhaust silencer is lose but don't think its that any ideas

 

Exactly where is the noise from?

 

Seems to be near engine exhaust side

 

In that case the exhaust seems a good starting point

 

Could rollers make a rattle sound

 

Yes but they're on the other side of the engine.

 

Ok mate thank you al try exhaust then if not rollers are rollers a bad job am new to bikes and scooters

 

Rollers are easy to change , but it helps if you have an impact gun or something to clamp it.

 

i wouldnt use a impact gum to put it back together as it is very easy to strip the fred on your cranksahft jsut a bit ov advice

 

On closer inspection I found the the variator and locking plate are lose and nut is tight is it a ne variator kit I need
