Yamaha Aerox 50cc Indicator issue (help!)

I have just purchased an aerox 50cc and there's a few issues. but most importantly the right indicator is just a constant light the guy who sold me it says it just needs a new bulb is this true or is the issue deeper than that?in the seat box is sat a replacement indicator but its orange and the other is white so if it means replacing it ill just put the old transparent plastic on it. ive never owned a bike before so im kinda clueless how how to go about fixing it so, anyone here know how to fix the issue?

If one is just on and the other does nothing, then its the one doing nothing that will need changing.
You dont need to change the whole unit, just the bulb.
