yamaha aerox (50) tuning, pls help

Hi, my aerox went 50kmh at best and I just put a stage 6 pro replica pipe on it. Now it goes sweaty in its 25kmh, what could be the reason? The moped is yamaha Aerox naked 2014¨ and the moped is otherwise completely standard. I must also say that some hose came out of the standard pipe that I plugged because there was no place for it in the new pipe. I really need help with this one.

 

Can't replace the pipe without up-jetting the carb to suit

 

Yeah. Bigger jet and take the restriction washer out of it

 

My yasuni had 2 restrictors in it when i bought it, one in the front of the pipe like you have removed, and also one in the tail pipe.

so worth checking for that

The stage 6 pro rep exhaust is quite a peaky pipe, and will need quite light rollers to get it in the power band.

also if its sluggish pulling away you will need stiffer clutch springs.
