Yamaha aerox 100cc air cooled tuning help plz?

    Hi evryone could anyone please help me or give me some advice i have a yamaha aerox 100cc i have put

    Tecnigas exhaust
    Malossi kevlar belt
    Malossi clutch
    I have 3.7 rollers in

    Still no reasonable differnce then standard in fact seems a litle slower would i need to change the jets as ther still standard at the moment and also change the rollers as i do not no what wheight i shud b using could it be i need to change torque spring as that is also standard or clutch springs any bit of advice or help would be very gratefull thank you in advance :)

    Your tecnigas exhaust probably produces less power than your stock exhaust. and they're only basic mods you've not yet done anything which would give that much of a noticeable difference

    Hi thanks for reply both what cheep mods do you think would make a differnce in speed n accelration and what size jet to upjet to cheers

    To be honest your probably just wasting your money, the Aerox 100cc air cooled engine does not respond well to tuning and there is very little extra performance to be gained.

    Anything air cooled ain't worth tuning in my opinion

    Hi guys thanks for all your replys the bikes actualy not mine its a friends and i have advised him on this ive told him to just sell the 100 and buy a watercooled aerox if he wants to tune it once again thanks for evryone opionion

    If you want abit more on top end i'd swap them rollers for some heavier ones, they're very light for a 50cc engine never mind a 100cc. Not sure what the stock rollers on one of them bikes is but i'd maybe try 6.5g-7.5g
