hi guys, i have just recently rebuilt a yamaha aerox 100, still got lots of work to do but had it up and running yesterday, on the centre stand when you open her up she revs right up and back wheel spins fast and freely, problem is she is reluctant to do the same off the stand, now im not a small person addmitted but, i have been on 50s that fly off the mark! I have just fitted a new standard barrel and piston, i have recently had the carb appart and cleaned it out, it has a standard airbox and an arrow exhaust which in my opinion dosent seem to fit very comfortably, although i have fitted new gaskets and there are no blows, to my knowledge the carb has standard jets and the variator/rollers etc are all standard, any ideas how to sort out the acceleration problems? I have fitted a new plug also, it may just need a good tune up. Also what mods would you recommend for better acceleration as live in london and am more concerned with pulling out of junctions etc safely as opposed to top speed. Any help would be very appreciated!!

you probably need to lighten your rollers to go with the performance exhaust

yeah i think your both right, would 6.5g rollers do the job? and any ideas what size jets i need to go up to, like i said before i believe the carb is completly standard at the moment.
