i have to keep throttleing it to keep it going but if i dont it dies out instantly. my idle screw is all the way in
Re: Y doesn't my zip idle? the mix is wrong (little scraew) or the choke is fucked.. is there an open filter or the stock airbox? if open filter theres your reason.

Re: Y doesn't my zip idle? turn the mix all the way in and then 1 and 3/4 out.. this si the standard setting, change the choke over.. should work fine after this. just out of curiosity, do the lights flicker at idle or are they just dim? (i know it doesent idle but if you hold it at the lowest revs you can) could also be a breakdown in the ht lead/cap/plug.. could be a lack of fuel on the idle curcit (low float hight) many things can cause it
