Hey guys, I was recharging the battery on my xmax 125 sport. As i went to reconnect the battery, I got a spark from the battery and lost all power to the bike. Like the idiot i am i then realized that the ignition had been left on. I now have no power to the bike at all.I have checked all the fuses and they are all intact. Anyone have any idea what i have done and how i fix it,Any help would be most welcome. Cheers.
Silly question.......are the cables on the right terminals? And have you checked the mega fuse, the 30 amp one? it's in a different place to the other fuses......
Yes, all fuses checked including the 30 amp , and yes the cables are correctly connected. Are there fuses anywhere else on the scoot ,that could blow?. I dont understand it, there is no power to anything, no lights, indicators, nothing.
There is a main fuse that supposedly only the main dealer can change for some reason. I think it's located behind the left hand front panel. Download the workshop PDF from manuals library, it shows where it is.
