wots the differnce in an aerox

hi might sound a stupid question but whats the differnce between a yamaha aerox and a mbk nitro ? or are they the same im a bit confused lol

 

They are pretty much the same...just badged different

mbk were an old french company that made mopeds...i beleive they are now owned by yamaha!!!

yamaha re-branded a load of aerox"s as mbk nitros to get around tight import laws in some european countrys...

 

oh are they exactly the same engines still tho as i was on pm tuning and loadz of stuff cums up for yamaha aerox but for mbk nitro not much cums up but if there the same engine u can just buy stuff for an aerox?

oh yh dus that make um a cheaper bike second hand tho or should they fetch the same as a yamaha?

 

im not 100% sure on re-sale of rox"s and nitro"s but i think nitros do go
for a bit less...

which makes them a bit of a bargain really

aslong as they look the same and the engines are identical it dosnt reli bother me
that the only reason im getting an aerox to be honest is for the looks and the engines as they are good tuneable engine, as i will be puttin a polini 70 kit on 21mm dellorto carb etc within the first month of getting one if all goes to plan

 

built in the same factory, on the same production line by the same trained monkeys.
