    Is this a common issue?

I figured out that when my bike doesnt perform lately, ts has been because of worn rollers.

Everytime i replace them with new rollers the bike it perfect.

.... Problem is they wont last more than TWO days....

    ???

worn belt, contra spring is too stiff or your buying crap rollers.. these are the first things id check. then check the variator ramps for wear. if its that bad sling a tiny bit of lithium grease on the ramps.. literally just a smear tho as it flings out an gets everywhere.

could be a poorly allighned variator/rear pulley.

i threw some 4.2g rollers (malossi), and it is terrible.

It feel as if it was struggling to get top speed. Like i had about 10 people on the back!!

I am going to get some 3.5g to try.

    Any comments?

take a pic of the rollers.... chances are there wearing unevenly (flat to flat the wear is slightly larger one side) meaning the variator ramp is fucked... you wanna hope so as its an easy fix.

They are wearing into flat spots, that the thing.

It just seems to fix it when i get new rollers.

is there a possibility that the rollers you use are too big for the ramps? i.e rollers for the wrong model!

Nah, using 15x12. For a Stock Aerox Variator.
