won't start

Driving with new setup only 5days and have a lot of problems...
First 3days was very good without problems and then started...
So was driving out for few hours when suddenly engine shutted down and I cannot start it again, first I changed spark plug and it started again without problems and all that day was fine, then today I started it again, everything fine, when suddenly again on the road it shutted down and won't start anymore.. So it was standing in garage all night and today again that problem...

What is that problem? I checked intake, it is ok...

what was the plug like when you changed it? does the mix look lean?

 

It was dark, but not so much dark

 

ok i will assume we are talking about a 2t bike here. Is the plug covered in thick oily residue? If so you may need to check your jetting/ mixtures. how smokey is the exhaust?

have had it in the past on a old honda 50 where the oil pump cable was pulling more than the carb on and was making the mixture nearly 10-1 on idle lol

 

So I got off oil pump and now pre-mix oil with fuel, 25ml/1L
But engine won't start anyway, it started one time, worked for about 30sec and shutted down and can't get it live (with choke and without).

I got off all oil that was inside, and released that about 110ml was used yesterday for about 10km driving..
May that oil be in cylinder and this is reason why it won't start?

So I cleaned spark plug and now it is starting very good, rpm are 1600-1900 on idle. But when open throttle it shutting down, but I can start it again. I let it to work for 10min, but again giving throttle, it shuts down

For carb I have jet #87

 

Sounds like it is getting too much oil to the spark plug, causing it to foul up

 

So may to much oil be inside cylinder?

 

if you clean the plug and it starts fine, then stops, check the plug again and you will probably see it is covered in oil again.
