    Hi,

Basically recently i purchased gaskets from eBay and replaced with new ones and my scooter wont start, i have charged my battery indicators n back light are working but i have noticed that no fuel are reaching the fuel filter some how.

I try electric start and it just makes a loud noise.

    is it a 2 stroke?

if it is, suck on the vacuum line to fill the carb and kick it over for a while.
when i put a new carb on my rox it took like 5 minutes of continuous kicking before it started

I have done this while checking the process of the fuel on the fuel filter and still no fuel reaching the fuel filter, i have checked and all the lines are connected to the right place.

Sounds like your diaphragm is stuck closed on the fuel tap. The fuel tap operates on the vacuum of the engine. So as it starts it pulls a vacuum and opens the fuel tap allowing it to flow. If your sucking on the fuel line feeding the carb then it won't flow.

first try taking both pipes off and sucking on the vacuum to see if it is actually the diaphragm sticking

my sons runner had the same problem. Because the bike wasnt used for a few weeks it stuck closed and after sucking and tapping it, it freed off

I have tested the suck on the vacuum and the petrol runs into the Fuel Filter and into the carburetor, now i have not tested if the moped is working because its 2.26AM and the moped is on the living room. But at least we know that bit is working.

Right i have tested on suck on the vacuum and the petrol runs and stays some on the filter but last night the petrol just gone into the carb straight forward.

you say you have petrol flowing , you say you have a good spark on the video , have you checked the compression on the engine with a compression tester it may not be starting due to lack of compression , if thats the case its time for a new piston and maybe a re-bore
