bascly i put a new crank on my speedfight 2 70cc , and it will not start i dont think i lined the flywheel up propply with the crank shaft as my old crank had a woodruff key on and my new one hasnt but he shop said it will be ok if you just align the slots but im sure i diddnt , could this be the reason? thanks

The woodruff key works like a cog, it's what turn the flywheel. If I was you i'd be going to the shop and asking them.
Should definitely be a woodruff key there because it maintains the timing, if that is incorrect then you have no chance, even if by luck you got it started whilst riding it would mis align and could cause a lot of damage to the engine
