Symptoms Moped starts well ticks over appears to run fine But will lose power and just cut out when opened up full throttle (not always ) It then refuses to start again for aprox 5 minutes I do unclip the fuel pipe and blow into that but not really sure if that helps I have opened up the hatch Under the seat and found a split or cracked piece of rubber would this cause the above sysmptoms ?
