Hi, once again i find myself posting about the SAME problem. Boggyness. It seems to be ALOT worse in the wind, iv just been out on my ped and it will not go above 20 mph !!! its really pissing me off. It takes forever to warm up as well, theres somethin wrong !! I put that super octane unleaded in last night and since then its been worse ! i thought it would do it good... Any suggestions ? Selling the ped is top of my list at the moment !

I've said it before and I'll say it again. Do not put higher octane fuel in your bike you will generally end up losing performance.

What are the specs of your bike?

You shouldn't have lighter rollers with a stock exhaust fitted. You will lose performance everywhere and most noticeably losing top speed.

It did have a good pipe on but it got a hole in it so he put the standard one back on in order to sell it to me haha. If i buy an exhaust with the clutch springs and rollers included will i notice a difference in the bike ?

And the performance is that bad, i can actually stop the bike setting off just by pulling back on the bars whilst using full throttle, its poo !! and really annoying me as i need it for work etc

Sounds like it had a owner that messed about with it. The clutch springs might already be fitted for a sports exhaust which would mess up the performance as well.

As for clutch springs and rollers that come with an exhaust they can be right or they can be completely wrong and not even the right ones for your bike. I'd rather buy my own bits so I know for sure.

It may have had the carb messed with as well which could be the cause of your problems.

It has got upgraded clutch springs too sorry i forgot about them. And iv tried turning the low speed mixture screw on the carb but its a tamper proof one but i can still turn it with some long nose pliers. Iv tried leaning it up a bit but still no joy :(

if its a stock bike you want to source some stock rollers (16x13 9 gram i think) stock jet and stock clutch springs

no it wont it should increase the speed as itll be set up properly, just upgrading your exhaust wont help your still going to need new rollers and jets

I haven't got the tools to do a compression test... the compression is fine as it pulls well if u can manage to get the revs high enough to get it over 20MPH
