I have a piaggio zip and it has a 50cc malossi sports kit in it and I I’m worried about it seizing with the ped being an air cooled off I’ll removing the panel in front of the spark plug help this or maybe cutting a hole into it

I like your thinking but more air will also make it run leaner, something to bare in mind. Does your bike have a fan? If it does and it's working (my one wasn't for a while) and you have the bike set up correctly you shouldn't have anything to worry about.

It won't make any difference at all removing front panel, the engine is air cooled off the fan on the flywheel, if all the head/barrel cowlings are there you'll have no probem. Obviously the hotter the day don't thrash it as cooling won't be as good. check your spark plug, it should be a dark chocolate brown, if not jet it up a little.
