gday guys I have a 05 Aerox and have heavily modified but have had this problem since it was a 50 and is just getting worse and worse it starts to vibrate at about 70 and gets progressively worse I thought it was my pipe so I bought a new one I thought it was my clutch so I bought a new one I thought it was the gearbox cover so I bought a needle bearing one and tonight it rattled that much my tranny cover vibrated loose! Please throw suggestions at me!

Had a similar problem with a KTM duke a while ago.
Turned out that the wheels needed balancing.

Engine mount could be gone, might need new bushes.

take it all apart, check all the bearings and stuff for wear... you normally see when a bearing is dead
