Thats pretty normal behaviour over there.

I have seen an entire family on a scoot, dad driving, teen son standing on deck with 10yr old sister between dads legs, mum behind dad facing backwards with baby in sarong around neck and holding a basket of live chickens.

Or guy riding scoot with a dozen 30ft lengths of 2" pvc pipe tied to himself and scoot.

I also think that his missus will have his nuts when she sees her little princess with a nice oozing gravel rash.
