why wont my runner 50 dd run

Went out on my bike it was ok untill it bogged out iv filled it with fuel and it starts up some times but when it does it boggs out when i give it the beans what could do this its got fuel an a spark

 

got to start some where, is the carb loose or the hose to the air-filter come off ??

 

no nothing has come off iv just been and tryed it again it ran but then bogged out again i played with the big gold screw and it went bit better but now it still wont start
