Hi people I have a Gilera runner sp new shape 70cc kit ,110 jet race pipe and open air filter. The problem I got is ,it ran perfect, unfortunately it was stolen the police recovered my bike, they snapped my Yasuni exhaust so I bought a cheap ninja race pipe I checked piston it looked OK a clutch Spring was snapped so I changed them I put 5.5 g rollers in,the previous rollers were 6.5 now it just doesn't ride as good as before what could it be ,I replaced carb manifold as that was split, it starts up but bogs a fair bit it moveing but slowly and kicks in but just setting of on a boggy noise almost sounds like the engine is drowning.could it be rollers causing this or springs any ideas please I would be grateful

sounds like your mixture is off with the new pipe.

You have to jet the new pipe to the carb.
110 sounds too big for a 70 kit on a runner.
