i know this has been asked a million times but for my benefit i have a malossi air filter sponge in the original airbox and a viper exhaust just had new piston fitted as the other one came out all black and looked burnt so obviously running to lean/hot,can you tell me what size jet it needs ?its got a 65 in it i think, and can you tell me a good setting on the oil mix screw from tight how many full turns?would really appreciate anyones help thanks :beg:

not sure about your oil pump but check the couler of your spark plug and let us know also you shouldnt need to go up much on your main jet as it is running but getting hot so try a 70 jet a good idea would be to buy a box of jets around £13

did you upjet when you fitted exhaust and filter? if you didnt i would say go up a couple of sizes to compensate for both
