Thought this might be nice. An Homage to the good neighbours. Mine are great, takes in any parcels when i'm not here, brings me free range eggs from his own corn fed chickens and ducks, burns all my scrap wood and numerous other things. Today she came round with this: Anybody else?
ive got a fairly good neighbour, wouldn't say hes the best but hes fairly good. takes in my parcels when Im out and knocks when I get home to give them to me. comes round and helps with shit like pushing cars in and out of the garden when not asked to. has paid the milkman when ive not been in (yes we have a milkman!) kindly waters er indoors flower beds when hes doing his by leaning over the wall and spraying with his hose pipe. very kindly bought a extension from his house around to ours over the back wall when we lost all our electric so we could plug the freezer in and keep food frozen. just generally a nice neighbour, always says hello in the mornings even when its 4am and im heading out or coming home when im at my grumpiest, helps out even when not asked and genuinely doesn't want anything in return.
