depends what you want it for if you want it for tuning then get the 2t one but for reliability then the 4t one

The best aerox is the LC 2T Rossi Replica

probs like the smell of 2t oil or the sound of a 2t personally it gets annoying after a while listening to a 2t bike

Discounting the 100cc model all 50cc Aerox's are fitted with the Minarelli liquid cooled horizontal cylinder two stroke motor. There has been very little change to the bike since it's introduction, it has just undergone a facelift but still has the same motor and running gear.
There is basically no difference other than a rear suspension tweak and cosmetics between the various models, so no version is better or quicker than another. Some are more desirable such as the Rossi replica editions but they are no better than a plain jane version.
The beauty of the Aerox is that MBK who make it for Yamaha in France got it right from the start with 13" wheels and Brembo brakes it not only looked good but it handled and stopped good. The Minarelli LC engine can be easily tuned and 50mph+ can be obtained simply by removing the restrictors, fitting a sport exhaust and upjetting the carb. There's loads of tuning and bodywork aftermarket parts available which helps maintain it's poularity and value.

I've just sold mine. but it had the following:
Stage 6 streetrace 70 kit, 17.5 dellorto carb, Top racing full circle crank, pollini variator, carbon reeds, lLeo Vince ZX exhaust. and an uprated clutch assembly ( don't know what make).
It was fast enough and reliable.

I would say around 65mph, my mate clocked me at 70 but that was on a long slight slope and he was in his car.
But it's not all top speed that counts, it would out accelerate my mates 125 KTM and pull wheelies off the throttle.

    I agree,

I think a good balance for an aerox would be a top speed of 70 mph with a blistering acceleration from a standing start :)

I love the way he said that asif 70mph is easily achieved from a 50cc

Mr Bizzle has already achieved this saying " 65mph, my mate clocked me at 70 ",

that point is now academic, now its about how to get to that in under 3 seconds :)

What the fuck are you two some sort of team.
I couldnt care how much you both think you no about bikes but without a gear up kit 70mph real speed is impossible.
The gearing on a 50cc can't get the bike to 70mph (real speed) no matter how much power the bikes got.
So lets go back a step.
Just bcos Mr Bizzle 'claims' to have gotten 70mph doesnt mean that point is academic. Thats an opinion. a matter of hear say. (bullshit)
