Where can I find this type of T10 bulb?

Hello.
This has been a huge problem for now, since I can't pass technical inspection without some these turn signal bulbs.

I own a Derbi GPR 125 and the turn signals include these T10 bulbs with the socket. I don't have some of these sockets anymore. Would anyone know what type of socket this is? Locally no one sells these types, and I can't find them anywhere online.

Replace the turn signals on the front, it'll be easier in the long run
